AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF) – Baseball Hall of Famer, Nolan Ryan has released a public service announcement encouraging Texans to follow health and safety protocols as they resume normal activities.
Texas is in Phase 3 of Governor Greg Abbott’s plan to re-open the state. Businesses including bars, gyms and indoor wedding venues are operating at 50% capacity. Restaurants will be able to operate at 75% capacity starting Friday.
