Texas Supreme Court Justice has COVID-19

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A Texas Supreme Court Justice has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. 63 year old Justice Debra Lehrmann is the highest ranking state official known to have contracted COVID-19. Justice Lehrmann says she and her husband, Greg, tested positive after showing symptoms last week. She insists the two of them have strictly adhered to stay-at-home orders since early March, although she says they did get visits from family, including an infant grandchild. Justice Lehrmann says her health has not interfered with her job, because the Texas Supreme Court is working remotely.
