COVID-19 Death Toll Nearing 200, Including 17-year old

(WBAP/KLIF) — After reporting 233 newly-infected residents, the Metroplex is nearing 6,800 COVID-19 cases.  Dallas County erupted with 135 new cases of Coronavirus and reported a county-wide total of 94 deaths.

Judge Clay Jenkins says the report of one of the deaths was tragic as a 17-year-old Lancaster girl died in ICU of the virus.  New case count totals in Tarrant county dropped to 69 newly reported cases, while Collin County had 16, and Denton County 13 newly infected people.

North Texas has seen the Coronavirus take the lives of 191 residents, while infecting over 26,000.  Dallas County is reporting over 3,200 cases, Tarrant nearly 21-hundred, while Denton and Collin counties combine for over 1,400 cases of COVID-19.
