DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – Dallas Police are searching for one or more gunmen who fired as many as 11 shots at a couple who’d stopped at a red light at Pearl Street and Woodall Rodgers Freeway early Friday. The couple is reported to have driven to Allen Street to call police. Two people were taken with gunshot wounds to an area hospital; the woman is reported to have been shot twice.
As many as 11 shell casings were found by police as they investigated and shutdown parts of McKinney Avenue after 3:15 am Friday. Police indicate there is no description of suspect(s), nor is there a description of the vehicle from which the shots were reported fired.
