Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas police are investigating the city’s 203 homicide of the year today. The murder happened last night in the 3000 block of Falls Drive not far from Cowart Elementary School and Planet Fitness.
Officers responded to a complaint of shots fired and fighting around 9 pm Thursday. Upon arrival they discovered the victim lying on the sidewalk.
Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson has said repeatedly that reducing felony crimes in the city is a top priority of his administration.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and indictment. If you have any information on felony violations you are encouraged to call CS at 214-671-3675.
