NORTH RICHLAND HILLS – The driver believed responsible for causing a wrong way crash on East Loop 820 Thursday morning is charged with intoxication manslaughter, after the 17 year old victim in the crash died. 29 year old Neomi Martinez was already jailed following the crash that also injured two others, and killed a dog in the vehicle with the victim that died at an area hospital; Benjamin Casteneda. Officials believe Martinez was driving the wrong way on Loop 820 in North Richland Hills Thursday morning, just after 5 am. The crash involved two SUV’s and a sedan.
