DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The City of Dallas continues recovery efforts more than a week after a string of 10 tornadoes ravaged parts of the area.
A Multi-Agency Resource Center opened Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saintson Midway Road. The MARC will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
According to the city, The MARC will provide a centralized location for residents to access essential recovery services from many governmental agencies and nongovernmental organizations.
The Red Cross will verify residents’ address and identify which services are needed. Parking is available in the larger South parking lot and enter from the South entrance. Childcare will be provided by Texas Baptist Men, if necessary.
The MARC will be open until at least Friday, November 1.
