DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Updated July 13, 2019 at 0:55 AM – Police have arrested 24-year-old Derrick Florence, Jr. and he’s charged with manslaughter. Detectives have identified a second shooter but he is still at large.
Originally Published July 12, 2019 at 8:42 PM: One person is dead and another injured following a shooting near the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Downtown Dallas Friday evening. According to witnesses, the victim was an innocent bystander.
DART officers were the first on the scene near North Griffin and Elm Streets.
