Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Fort Worth police say a tow truck driver was killed this morning after being struck by his own truck on I35W at Alliance Gateway Freeway.
Police say the driver was pulled over on the service road around 3am, trying to secure a vehicle that he was towing from a nearby apartment complex, when his truck started moving and hit.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating.
