Dallas (Dallas PD) – On April 24, 2019, at about 12:38 pm, Dallas officers responded to a Shooting call at 6271 Highland Hills Drive, the Highland Park Apartments. Upon arrival, the victim, Raymond Dupree B/M/28, was found inside his vehicle with several gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased from his injuries. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Malcolm Bussey, Black male 37- years-old, is responsible for the victim’s death. Suspect Bussey fled the scene in a light colored Grand Marquis.
