DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The white man caught on video repeatedly punching a black woman in Deep Ellum last week was re-arrested Friday morning.
According to jail records, Austin Shuffield was booked into the Dallas County jail after 8:30 a.m. Friday for carrying a weapon without a license. The Dallas Police Department added the charge to three initial misdemeanor charges Thursday afternoon.
An additional felony charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon against Shuffield will be reviewed by a Grand Jury.
