DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – An arrest warrant is out for a Dallas priest.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said Tuesday Father Edmundo Paredes is accused of sexually abusing teenagers. The warrant stems from a sexual abuse charge dating bating to 1994. The Catholic Diocese of Dallas first announced allegations against Paredes last summer in front of his long time Parish of St. Cecilia.
The diocese said allegations against the Priest came from three adults who say they were teenagers when the alleged abuse occurred more than 10 years ago.
Authorities believes Paredes has left the country.
