In Tarrant County there are signs of freezing precipitation on road signs, and cars.

Counties north and west of the will bear the brunt of the winter precipitation today as snow and sleet is expected to arrive in the metro on Thursday in earnest.

Meantime, some weather related delays are being reported at DFW Airport. Calls ahead.
