Carrollton, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Carrollton Police are trying to identify a person who called from a blocked number to Flower Mound’s non-emergency to confess to an October fatal hit & run.
The man with a foreign accent said that he wanted to report a crime, proceeds to say that he hit someone and they died … he then hung up the phone. Police hope someone can identify the caller:

Meantime, security video shows the night 54-year old Andre Hood was killed as he emerged from the Downtown Carrollton Dart station. The incident happened around 8pm on October 15th. Hood was on his way home from work.
Hood was found in the westbound lanes of Belt Line Road, just east of South Broadway, shortly before 9 p.m. Oct. 15.
Security footage from the station shows a sedan braking in the area, then leaving before a Carrollton Fire Rescue vehicle arrives.
