Dallas Deputy Chief Thomas Castro says the sexual assaults that happened near the Galleria and Lake Highlands may be related to two other assaults in Bossier City, Louisiana. “This man knocks on doors, solicits you to work, displays a weapon, forces himself in and sexually assaults the women,” Castro said. The man is about 16-19 years old, black, 5’8″ and thin. police say he was in the Shreveport- Bossier City area in March and April and is currently in Dallas.
