Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Opher Barber. On October 12, 2018, around 12:30 p.m., Mr. Barber was last seen in the 2500 block of Southwood Drive in agree 2004 Chevrolet Trail Blazer with Texas tag BD53234. Mr. Barber may appear to be lost or disoriented.
He is described as a Black male 83 years old with white hair and brown eyes. Mr. Barber stands about 5’07” and weighs about 160lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hat with the letter “D”, a black Polo shirt, black jacket and black blue jeans.
