DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Police said they responded to Veridian Place Apartments on Haverwood Lane about 4:30 Sunday morning. According to police, 16 year old Jakiyah Wrightsil was found in an apartment with a gunshot wound. Police said witnesses told them there was a party somewhere in the complex and several people left before police arrived.
An investigation is ongoing, but so far no arrests have been made. Crime Stoppers is offering $5,000 for information about this case.
