DENTON (WBAP/KLIF) – Good things are in store for UNT’s athletic department. UNT’s Vice President and Director of Athletics, Wren Baker, said the master plan includes a new indoor practice football facility, a new soccer and track venue, renovations to the football stadium and the athletic center. “We are continuing to invest in these facilities so that we can stay competitive in the way we go about building champions and preparing leaders,” Baker said. 
He said the soccer and track facility will be finished in December and the indoor football practice facility in July. They’re also adding extra seating to the football stadium, additional features and expanding the athletic center.
