Fort Worth Police arrested the man they say shot at his girlfriends car Tuesday morning. Police responded to a domestic situation at a home near Everman Parkway adjacent to Parkway Elementary in the Crowley ISD. Parkway Elementary school was on lockdown, but it was lifted after they arrested him.
According to Fort Worth Police, the man shot at his girlfriend’s car while it was parked in the driveway and threatened to kill her. The woman and her mother made it out of the home safely.
It’s believed the man may have barricaded himself inside. Police say two loud booms heard in the area were Officers knocking down the front door. Police later found him 2 miles away. No one was hurt and no shots were fired.
