DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas-based Texas Instruments has announced the resignation of its new CEO who has only been on the job a few weeks.

The company said Brian Crutcher resigned due to violations of the company’s code of conduct not related to company operations.

“For decades, our company’s core values and code of conduct have been foundational to how we operate and behave,” said Lead Director of the TI Board Mark Blinn in a statement.

Rich Templeton, the company’s chairman, will re assume the roles of president.
