Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department is investigating how a prisoner managed to escape from handcuffs and a prisoner’s van in Garland Monday.
Detective Raul Reyna says 25-year old Justin Gonzalez bonded out of jail Saturday, only to be picked up within two days for car theft.
The suspect has also been in jail for drug violations and weapons charges.
Authorities say anyone who knows where Gonzalez is should call the Dallas Sheriff’s Department.
