(WBAP/KLIF) A recent number of cancellations are causing many Southwest travelers to triple check their flights. The Dallas based carrier cancelled roughly 40 fights on Sunday. This is due to the continuation of engine inspections. This comes after the deadly incident on a flight earlier this week, according to statement released by the company. The statement also say that the cancellations will only make up about one percent of Southwest’s nearly 4,000 flights Sunday.
