Freezing Rain and High Water Making a Mess of the Morning Commute

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Heavy rains are consuming the morning commute, with freezing rain making a mess of things just west and north of DFW.

Meteorologist Brad Barton says, “Freezing temps north of Weatherford, Denton and Van Alstyne will mean some slick spots on bridges and overpasses.  Otherwise, it’s just cold rain for now.  Mid-morning could bring a new chance of freezing precip closer to DFW but probably won’t know until it happens.
