DALLAS (KLIF/WBAP) — The Justice Department is putting the brakes on a multi-billion dollar acquisition.
They’re suing Dallas-based AT&T, as they try to purchase Time Warner for $85 million.
This sets the stage for an epic legal battle between two powerful corporations and the federal government.
Brad Whitlock with Scheef & Stone talked it over Tuesday morning with Dave, and says the legal move is like nothing he’s seen before.
