Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Police Department’s Air One helicopter found an illegal marijuana growing operation in a remote area of southeast Dallas. The officers in the helicopter spotted it from the air, and reported its location. When they “dismantled” it, as the police phrase it, they recovered almost 200 pounds of marijuana, but whoever was tending the plants was gone when officers arrived, so no arrests were made.
