DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – With a new school year approaching the Dallas campus of Remington College has begun its annual Cuts for Kids event, providing free haircuts to children through the end of August.
For the past seven years the Remington College Cosmetology Program has offered parents a financial break. They’ll accept walk-ins and appointments each Wednesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Eastgate Drive in Garland. The phone number to make an appointment is 972-698-3890.
Parents who bring school supplies to donate can also get a free haircut, manicure or pedicure.
In the first seven years of the program Remington College has provided 16,000 free haircuts.
