DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Dallas Police Department has released surveillance video of the suspects in a fatal July 4th carjacking.
It happened around 12:50 a.m. Tuesday at 3330 Webb Chapel Extension near Hargrove Drive.
Investigators said two unidentified Hispanic men shot and killed Oziel Garcia before taking off in his red 2008 Chevrolet Silverado with a Texas license plate GJD-4577.
