DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas police said one person has been arrested and one person sustained non-life threatening injuries in a shooting at a North Dallas hotel Monday afternoon.
Officers and SWAT were called to the Wyndham Dallas Suites Park Central on Alpha Road near 635 and Coit.
Keith Stepter and his brother were in the hotel lobby when he said they heard several gunshots.
“There were two gunshots and there was a lady that came running out. She said some vulgar words and she was just really scared. Then she ran down the hallway,” he said.
The lobby was then evacuated and some guests were reportedly asked to stay in their rooms.
Guests were eventually allowed back into the hotel.
Investigators are working to determine a motive in the shooting.
