Updated: 07/02/2017

The body of 13 year old Shavon Randle was found in an Oak Cliff home early Sunday morning.  Police and the FBI said Randle’s body was found at 2208 Kiest Boulevard in Dallas.  Another body was also found in that home and has now been positively identified as Michael Titus.  Police had previously identified Titus as a Person Of Interest and were actively looking for him before his body was found. Lancaster police made two arrests related to the case, on Saturday.  The investigation is ongoing, as police try figure out what happened and why the bodies were discovered at the same location.

Lancaster (WBAP/KLIF) – The body of 13 year old Shavon Randle was found in an Oak Cliff home early Sunday morning. She had been kidnapped from the Lancaster home of her aunt and uncle Wednesday morning. Family members said they had received at least one phone call, apparently from the kidnappers, threatening the girl. The FBI says it was lead to the home on Kiest Boulevard by a tip. The body of a man was also found in that house. .

Lancaster Police arrested two kidnapping suspects Saturday. 24 year old Devontae Owens was arrested in Lancaster, and is now in the Dallas County Jail. 30 year old Laquon Wilkerson, who had not previously been identified as either a suspect or a “person of interest,” was arrested separately, and he is also in jail. Two other previously identified “persons of interest” have been detained for questioning, and are in custody. The search continues for Michael Titus of Dallas, identified as a third suspect in the kidnapping.
