Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police are investigating a Saturday afternoon homicide. 28 year old Cedrick Spigner was shot to death near the intersection of Jim Miller Road and Great Trinity Forest Way. So far police have no suspects, and no motive for the killing. They’re asking anyone who knows anything to give them a call.
