Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police are looking for a hit and run driver who ran down and killed a woman early Saturday morning. It happened near the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in uptown Dallas. 22 year old Rachel Spellman was hit as she was walking across Cedar Springs Road. Witnesses said the driver of the vehicle that hit her got out of his car, took a look at her lying in the street, then got back in his car and drove away.
