Waco (WBPA/KLIF) – Eleven of those who were arrested after the May, 2015 gun battle at a Waco Twin Peaks Restaurant have filed civil rights lawsuits. They claim their rights were violated, and they were falsely charged with engaging in organized crime simply because they were at the restaurant at the time of the shootout between police and two biker gangs. Nine people were killed in the mayhem.
