DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Johnny Manziel is expected in a Dallas courtroom on Thursday.
He’s scheduled to appear to finalize a deal to drop the domestic violence charges against him.
The former A&M and Cleveland Browns quarterback is accused of hitting his then-girlfriend after a night out in Dallas in January.
Last month, a judge announced that Manziel and prosecutors had reached a tentative agreement.
The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Manziel is facing a misdemeanor assault charge that carries a penalty of up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
