DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Two former postal workers are headed to prison for participating in a multi-million dollar Workers’ compensation scheme.
Prosecutors said McArthur Baker and Tonya Evans, both from Dallas, received thousands of dollars in kickbacks over the course of more than a decade in exchange for falsifying medical documents to defraud the Department of Labor.
It was part of a scheme that involved 20 co-conspirators who received more than $8 million based on their fraudulent billing.
