McKINNEY (WBAP/KLIF News) – The man convicted of kidnapping a woman from Fort Worth two years ago has agreed to let the judge decide his punishment.
Enrique Arochi waived jury sentencing and any chance of probation.
Arochi was found guilty of kidnapping Christina Morris from the Shops at Legacy in Plano in Aug. 2014.
The judge is expected to rule on Friday.
