Royse City (WBAP/KLIF) – Royse City Police have arrested the wife of a University Park fire captain. Chacey Poynter is in the Rockwall County Jail charged with conspiracy to murder her husband, Robert Poynter. He was found shot to death on a Hunt County road Friday night. According to Royse City Police, Chacey Poynter gave ’suspicious and conflicting information’ about his killing.
