CARROLLTON (WBAP/KLIF News) – SWAT officers have surrounded a home in Carrollton where police said an armed person is holed up.
Officers were called to the home in the 2900 block of Country Place Drive after a report about a fight and shots fired.
Nearby homes have been evacuated, according to police. Others are being told to stay in their homes.
