DALLAS – Both Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price and the former challenger to his seat Dwaine Caraway were not indicted by a grand jury according to reports from The Dallas Morning News.
This follows a verbal fight during a radio station interview between the two prior to the Democratic Primary.
A Caraway staffer claimed Price choked him.
During the fight, Caraway accused Price of sleeping with his ex-wife claiming Price broke up his marriage.
