Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas county grand jury is investigating last February’s radio station scuffle between County Commissioner John Wiley Price and political rival Dwaine Caraway. Price and Caraway began arguing during a joint appearance on a gospel radio station. The argument degenerated into a physical confrontation during which Caraway staffer George Nash claims Price choked him. Dallas Police didn’t file any charges when they investigated, but the grand jury has called Nash to come in and explain his accusation. Nash is also suing Price, and Price is facing a federal corruption trial that’s scheduled to begin in February.
