GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police in Garland said two carjacking suspects have barricaded themselves inside an apartment.
Two other people have been taken into custody.
Officers are waiting on a search warrant so they can enter the apartment near Miller and Saturn Roads.
People in the area are being asked to evacuate.
