Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police have arrested a woman for the murder of a man whose body was found lying in an Oak Cliff street early Friday morning. Joe Moreno had been stabbed, and bled to death in that street near 35-E and Illinois Avenue. Friday night Geneva Vasquez turned herself in at police headquarters. She has admitted stabbing Moreno, and is now in jail charged with his murder.
