DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas elementary school teacher is facing child pornography charges.
59-year-old Mark Stutheit was arrested after an investigation that started when he made contact with an undercover police officer in Australia.
When the feds served a warrant at his Dallas home they reportedly found hundreds of illegal images on his computer, tablet and cell phone.
Stutheit is listed as a fourth grade teacher at Reinhardt elementary in the Lake Highlands area.
He remains in federal custody. If convicted Stutheit could face a minimum of five years in prison.
