Forth Worth School Trans-Gender Committee

Trans Bathroom 1FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The Fort Worth school district “bathroom battle” appears far from over.

After meeting with parents at six public forums over the past two weeks superintendent Dr. Kent Scribner plans to appoint a committee to try and clarify how to best deal with trans-gender students.

The panel will be made up of school officials, parents and leaders of the L-G-B-T community.

Scribner has received a lot of criticism since he announced guidelines early last month that allow trans-gender students to use a bathroom that they claim best matches their identity.
