FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The case of a former Arlington police officer who shot and killed an unarmed suspect is being heard by a Tarrant county grand jury.
Officer Brad Miller is accused of chasing a 19-year-old man into an auto dealership along Interstate 20 last August and shooting him four times.
Miller hasn’t been charged, but he was fired for violating several department policies.
A decision on whether he’ll be indicted could come as early as next week.
