IRVING (WBAP/KLIF News) – A 48-year-old woman has died in the Irving jail.
Teresa Giles was booked for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Officers found her unresponsive in her cell on Sunday.
She was rushed to the hospital where she later died.
Police aren’t sure what happened, but said there were no signs of trauma.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy.
