DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A judge will soon decide whether the City of Dallas will be forced to host a sex expo.
Attorneys for eXXXotica claim Dallas is trying to ban the event strictly based on content.
The expo planned to return May 20-22 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
City attorneys presented a one minute video at a court hearing showing what they described as “lewd acts” from last year’s event.
Council voted 8-7 to support legal efforts to block eXXXotica’s return.
Federal Judge Sidney Fitzwater is expected to make a ruling in the next few weeks.
