HALTOM CITY (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police in Haltom City say they’re looking for a woman whose grandson died while she was taking care of him.
Police Detective Matt Spillane says an arrest warrant has been issued for Patricia Flores and she will be charged.
“Injury to a child with serious bodily injury by ommission, which is a first-degree felony. We believe that she may be in the San Antonio area and we’re asking for the public’s help.”
Police say two-year-old Lyfe Flores was injured when his grandmother left him alone in a bathroom with the bathtub water running and then didn’t get help for him for six days.
