DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) Is a courthouse just the courtroom and related offices or is it the whole building? That’s the question Dallas County Commissioners are asking themselves this week. They are trying to decide whether to fight a ruling from the attorney general’s office that says counties cannot ban guns from courthouses. County Commissioner Mike Cantrell spoke to WFAA. Ken Paxton’s office gave Dallas County 15 days to remove signs that restrict guns, or face a lawsuit. The case will likely head to court.
