DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The tent city under Interstates 45 and 30 has grown from 60 homeless people to between 200 and 300.
Downtown Dallas resident, Tanya Ragan, says the Dallas City Council has no plan for removing and relocating the residents of tent city.
“We need to evaluate these individual needs, find the best location for them where they’re going to succeed and put them back on the path to becoming contributing citizens.”
The city has said homeless camp will be gone by the beginning of May.
