IRVING (WBAP/KLIF) – Gasoline prices across Texas are up another three cents.
According to the “Triple A” the statewide average for a gallon of regular unleaded is $1.89, but drivers across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex are paying the highest price in the state, averaging $1.98.
The national average is $2.05.
Analysts for the auto club blame the increase on seasonal maintenance by refineries which has reduced production.
